RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items under the following conditions:

1. Return Period
   Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns outside this window will not be accepted..

2. Return Conditions

   • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
   • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, bags, or accessories that were included with the purchase or the item will be returned to the customer.
   • We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, defects, dirt, or stains. If an item is returned in such a condition, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Instead, the item will be returned to the customer.

3. Refund Process:

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the return is inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
